Envisioning the New Pink iPhone 16 Pro
Apple is reportedly set to add a new "Rose" color to the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max models.
According to The Sun, citing sources from the supply chain in China, the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will feature a completely new color scheme. "The new color code for the iPhone 16 Pro is Rose, but it is not the same as the previous Rose Gold," the source revealed.
Renderings based on leaked information show that the shade of "Rose" is different from the Rose Gold color that debuted on the iPhone 6s in 2014. It has a sandier brown hue rather than pink, even leaning towards a red tone.
The same sources indicate that when the iPhone 16 Pro in "Rose" is launched, Apple will simultaneously phase out the Blue Titanium color. The three other colors will be black, white, and a "slightly grayish" silver. For the standard iPhone 16, Apple will introduce two new green and blue models, but specific details were not mentioned.
In May, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, known for his accurate insights into unreleased Apple devices, also stated that the iPhone 16 Pro line would come in black, white, natural titanium, and pink color options. Another account on X (formerly Twitter), ShrimpApplePro, also mentioned that Apple might be planning to remove the blue color from the iPhone 15 Pro and add the "Rose" color to the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max. According to the color chart posted on X, the new color has a slight yellow tint and is described as the "gold version of titanium."
The iPhone 16 series is expected to be unveiled in September. Apple may equip the entire new iPhone range with dedicated camera buttons featuring force sensor technology located on the right edge. The product line is rumored to have larger screens, be powered by the A18 Pro chip, include significant camera upgrades in the Pro versions, support Wi-Fi 7 and 5G Advance connectivity, and utilize a cooling system made of graphene material. Additionally, all iPhone 16 models will feature the Apple Intelligence suite.
